We are impartial and only work for you. We do not get paid to refer you to a particular bank. When you contact a bank, you might not have the knowledge of their products or their terms or fees. We know the bank's products and act only on your interests.

As with all other tasks in Konsilium21, we are completely independent. We don't get any return commission from the financial institutions for introducing you as a new client.

No-cure-no-pay

A no-cure-no-pay agreement means that you don’t have to pay us anything if we don’t find the agreed solution for you. We believe in ourselves, know the possibilities and can almost always solve the challenge of finding financing for your new property. That’s why we dare to offer no-cure-no-pay agreement to all private customers.

And that’s why you safely can ask us to find a loan for you, even if you have experienced rejection elsewhere. If we don't succeed, you don’t pay us anything.

First meeting is free

At our first meeting, we will review your finances. We will assess what's possible. And we will also tell you if your dreams don’t add up with your finances right now. It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes it does. After the meeting, we start contacting the banks. This takes the pressure of having to call around and arrange meetings off your shoulders, and the risk of being rejected as well.

Be aware that we are not bound to use any certain banks or mortgage companies – we work with them all.

At no time you will be left on you own. We are here to help you with the entire purchase process, from start to finish, including:

  • Budget and overview.

  • Asking the banks for offers on financing

  • Having the dialogue and negotiation with the banks and mortgage companies.

  • Going through all documents.
