Additional Financial Services and Expert Guidance

Beyond property finance, Konsilium21 offers comprehensive financial planning services to help enhance your overall financial situation in Denmark. We can also help you with:

Related Services:

• Senior financial advice for retirement planning in Denmark.

• Financial health check to assess and enhance your complete financial picture.

• Ongoing financial advisory services tailored to expatriate needs.

Why Danish Property Represents an Excellent Investment

Denmark's stable economy, strong legal framework, and robust property market make it an attractive destination for international property investment. The Danish property market offers excellent long-term growth potential, particularly in major cities like Copenhagen and Aarhus. Combined with Denmark's high quality of life and strong rental market, property ownership here provides both lifestyle and investment benefits. Our local financial planning and advice helps you take advantage of these opportunities while avoiding common pitfalls.

Why Choose Independent Property Advice Over Danish Banks?

When you approach Danish banks directly, you only see their products and terms. As independent financial advisors in Denmark, Konsilium21 works with multiple lenders to find the ideal solution for your specific situation.

Competitive Rates & Fee Negotiation

Our established relationships with Danish banks and mortgage providers enable us to often secure better rates and lower fees than you'd receive by applying directly.

Financing Property as an Expatriate

The Danish property market operates differently from many other countries. Our experts help you navigate these differences with the right real estate advice, all the while ensuring compliance with all regulations affecting international buyers.

Key Considerations for English-Speaking Buyers:

Residency Requirements:

While you don't need Danish citizenship to buy property, certain residency and documentation requirements apply. We guide you through exactly what's required for your situation.

Banking Relationships:

Establishing the right banking relationship is crucial for securing optimal mortgage terms. We leverage our network to connect you with the most suitable lenders.

Documentation Process:

Danish property transactions require specific documentation that may differ from your home country. We ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Tax Implications:

Understanding Danish property taxes and registration requirements helps avoid surprises. We coordinate with tax professionals to ensure full compliance.
